# The Rake

PepePoker operates with a 3% rake on each winning pot, which is in line with industry standards.

However, unlike traditional online poker platforms, we are committed to transparency and fairness when it comes to our rake system.

By offering a transparent and fair rake system, PepePoker aims to build trust and loyalty among our players. We believe that by prioritizing the needs of our community, we can create a platform that is sustainable, fair, and fun in the long run.

## 1. $PPP Burn

Of the 3% rake, 25% of it will burnt.

This ensures that a deflationary ecosystem is created to empower the value of $PPP tokens benefiting both players and investors alike.

## 2. NFT Staking

50% of the rake will be set aside for staking rewards. Players who stake their NFTs will be eligible for a share of this reward pool, which will incentivize long-term holding and support the $PPP ecosystem.

**Staking NFTs allows the holders the following benefits:**

* $PPP tokens 
* Rarity enhancement of NFTs 
* The Queen and King NFTs will earn 30% of the rewards pool 
* The remaining NFTs staked on the platform will benefit from the remaining 70% of the pool

**Factors affecting rewards:**

* Staking duration 
* Rarity of NFT

The staking system has been designed in such a way that it rewards long-term holders and promotes the longevity of the ecosystem.

## 3. Platform maintenance and Marketing

The remaining 25% of the rake will be used to cover platform maintenance and marketing costs.

This ensures that we can continue to offer a high-quality and reliable platform for our players, while also promoting our brand and promoting long term growth for the ecosystem.
