# 3. Foundation Management

The WOW Foundation will allocate 20% of the total tokens to support subsequent ecological projects. This portion of the tokens will be utilized for such purposes as start-up project grants, the technical development of the project, brand promotion, community operations, and other daily expenditures. The types of projects encompass but are not restricted to games, social, Defi, etc.

**3.1 Fund Allocation**

* 40% for ongoing development
* 30% for community initiatives and grants
* 20% for marketing and adoption
* 10% for emergency fund

**3.2 Transparency**

* Publish monthly financial reports
* Implement on-chain tracking of treasury funds
