Scene 2: Tour of the Department
Setting
Dogeman follows General Riggs through the cavernous halls of the Department of Government Efficiency, where the walls are lined with filing cabinets bursting with outdated forms.
First Glimpse of Chaos
Riggs: “This is the beating heart of inefficiency, Dogeman. Everyone’s stuck in endless lines and paperwork.”
Bureaucrats frantically attempt to unjam a copy machine (circa 1980), each holding a different form to fill out.
Enter Elon’s Vision
A massive screen flickers on the wall, displaying a live broadcast from Elon Musk. He’s unveiling his newest idea for streamlined governance—a futuristic software called E-MAGA 3000, co-developed with Donald Trump.
Elon (on screen): “With E-MAGA 3000, we’ll delete half the red tape. Let’s launch efficient democracy into orbit!”
Dogeman smiles, tail wagging, clearly on board with Elon’s drive for swift innovation.
Political Opposition
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris appear in the hallway, flanked by staffers with stack upon stack of unread memos. They seem skeptical of Elon’s and Trump’s initiatives.
Biden: “Listen here, Jack—this E-MAGA 3000 is, uh, something. We gotta form a committee… or something.”
Kamala (laughs uproariously): “Maybe we should just sign up for all the committees, Joe!”
Dogeman eyes them warily, aligning himself more with Elon and Trump’s ‘just do it’ approach.
Trump’s Cameo
Suddenly, a new feed pops up featuring Donald Trump:
Trump (on screen, wagging a finger): “We’re going to make the Department of Government Efficiency great again—bigger, better, and extremely efficient. Believe me!”
Dogeman nods approvingly, fully committed to working with Elon and Trump.
